Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components back into their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off or Collection
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a courier collection for larger furniture items through our returns portal.
